Adam Onkels

After Cordell's bait and switch tactic of interviewing one lawyer, but being assigned to another, I was assigned to Adam as the only lawyer in the local office taking new clients. Working with Adam was a disaster from the start. There was no consistent manner for Adam to gather his facts, and he ne...ver communicated any real strategy for how he would handle my case. When it came time for Adam to present in a temporary order hearing, it was an absolute disaster. I was not adequately prepared by my lawyer, and my lawyers briefing to the commissioner left out very pertinent facts that I had spent hours documenting. After being charged $5k for the two weeks following that terrible hearing with still no plan, I parted ways.
