In my opinion, Attorney David S. DeHorse, is a real piece of work. If you hear any of these phrases, run. This is a slam dunk case, I’ll get you fees and double damages, I thought I sent that, I have very little time in this, or any other statement that leads you on, run. Actually, my Wife won our... case and not Attorney David S. DeHorse. He did do the paperwork, but when it came to nut-cutting time, we did the heavy lifting. My Wife found a voice mail on our phone from the Defendant that blew this case wide open. In addition, I gave written instructions on the number to settle on. We David through the Madison Tenant resource center. We had been having issues with our landlord for several months and he advised us on how to handle it, prior to legal action.
