Biography
I represent individuals and employers in matters regarding permanent residence (green card), naturalization and citizenship, temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.), PERM and foreign labor certification, National Interest Waivers (NIW), physician national interest waiver, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, and other proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and/or U.S. consulates abroad, among others.
Having myself immigrated to the U.S. (from Romania), I can genuinely relate to my clients' needs and priorities and am therefore able to provide superior immigration legal services.
I have volunteered in several capacities at the Community Immigration Law Center in Madison, Wisconsin since 2009, as intake volunteer, pro bono attorney and member on the Board of Directors.
I am also a dedicated member of the Wisconsin community and I enjoy volunteering my free time to the Madison-area art and music scene, local music festivals and fundraisers that benefit after school programs for children, the neighborhood associations and community centers.
