My land use and litigation practices overlap. I represent private property owners and municipal governments in zonning disputes, obtaining conditional use permits and variances. Eminent domain, otherwise known as condemnation, is a substantial part of my practice. I have represented municipal governments guiding them through the condemnation process. I also represent private property owners to ensure that they receive the full compensation to which they are entitled.

I represent counties, cities, villages and towns in: litigation, drafting ordinances, handling law use matters including variances and conditional use permits and a variety of other general matters.
