Excellent Attorney

We ran into a situation where we had purchased a home that started to show signs of major hidden damage only 6 months after we purchased it. After hiring multiple contractors to come look at the damage and doing a lot of research on our own, we realized that the sellers were aware of this damage bef...ore selling us the home and they chose not to disclose anything to us when we purchased the home (nor did they properly repair the damages). When looking for attorneys, we came across Kevin's name because he had written a very informative article on this very subject. We hired him and after 2 years, we received the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his background and skills as an attorney. He was incredibly patient with us, he did not overbill us, and he truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years and if you find yourself in a similar situation as we were in here, look no further. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we have ever made and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. I should also note that we inquired with several attorneys who didn't even give us the time of day before we contacted Kevin. He was up front and honest with us the entire time we worked with him. He's an excellent attorney with a strong background in real estate and litigation and we are very happy we hired him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
