Jacob B. Frost

Jacob is an associate in the litigation and family law groups and has been with the firm since 2010. Prior to that, Jacob was a law clerk for the firm during law school. Jacob assists businesses and individuals on a wide range of litigation matters. He has extensive experience advising landlords on all aspects of the law relating to landlord-tenant relationships, and regularly represents landlords in eviction actions. Jacob also represents homeowners in disputes with contractors, helping the homeowners resolve problems in the performance of home remodeling or construction work. Jacob also assists business owners in a variety of disputes ranging from ownership disputes to contract disputes, as well as any other dispute that could lead to litigation. In addition, Jacob handles real estate litigation, including foreclosures and title disputes. As part of the family law group, Jacob largely focuses on post-judgment litigation, including maintenance and child support modifications and contempt proceedings, as well as participating in general divorce litigation.

Jacob is comfortable handling all levels of litigation from the circuit court to the appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
