I hired Lee Atterbury for a personal injury case in which I was a car passenger. I found him to be rude and after five years of stringing me along I lost the case and owed ten's of thousand of dollars. He didn't even show up at the end of the trial when the verdict was read. I would not recomm...
All trials entail risk and usually the riskiest cases are the cases that go to trial and don’t settle. Clients have different risk tolerances and some choose to accept settlements and avoid that risk, while other clients choose to take the risk. When that risk is taken, I try the case to the best of my ability and twelve jurors make the decision based upon the evidence. There are no guarantees. I have been recognized by my peers for my excellence in trial work and I am board certified as a Civil Trial Specialist. This case was handled on a contingency fee and accordingly our office received absolutely nothing for the hundreds of hours we put in representing this person.

Fired him and Atty Lee Atterbury was recommended by a good friend. I knew I found the right attorney after the first 5 minutes of our...
