Lee’s entire career has been devoted to representing people who have been injured.  Over the years, he has represented hundreds of people injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, construction site accidents, and also those who have been injured by dogs, livestock, dangerous and defective products and by professional negligence, including medical malpractice and legal malpractice and those who have been treated unfairly by their own insurance company.  He has handled serious injury cases involving head injuries, burns, multiple fractures, disfigurement, psychological injuries and spinal cord injuries and paralysis.  Lee has an additional interest in horse related cases and has litigated horse related cases and has also mediated and settled horse cases, involving both injuries to horses and to people.

Lee has tried over 100 cases to juries in multiple different state and federal courts throughout Wisconsin as well as in Iowa and has arbitrated cases for clients throughout Wisconsin and in Missouri.  He has taken deposition testimony all across the United States.  He has obtained settlements for clients that provide fair compensation in personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and legal malpractice cases.

Lee has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist and recertified twice as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Certified in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy.  He has also been a Wisconsin Super Lawyer since 2006 and has been listed as Best Lawyers in Wisconsin by Milwaukee and Madison Magazines multiple times.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Dane County Bar Association.
