Biography
I enjoy working with my clients on a variety of business matters that include strategic planning, employments issues, mergers and aquisitions, intellectual property, and day-to-day business operations, including work with business start-ups. I work closely with both business clients and individuals on real estate matters that include purchase and sales, leasing, landlord disputes, property tax issues, developments, contractor issues, home rentals, and municipal approvals. I have significant experience helping my clients with business and consumer collections and real estate foreclosures. I also assist clients in the trucking and transportation industry with a wide range of industry speciific needs such as accident mitigation, insurance, contracts, and employment law issues.
As a founding member of Murphy Desmond's Janesville office, I am fortunate to work for a firm that has a larger office in Madison. As such, Murphy Desmond is able to provide a full array of legal services for most business and personal matters throughout Wisconsin.
