Kathryn E. Potratz did an amazing job in representing me while navigating through a difficult time during my divorce. Not only was her and the team professional. Attorney Potratz and her legal assistant, Angie, were amazing to work with! I came to Karp & Iancu with a rough agreement between my now ex-husband and I, but he was unhappy with it which made me nervous and anxious. They not only took care of EVERYTHING, but they answered all of my lengthy concerned... emails and texts very timely as different topics or fights would come up in the process between my ex and I, even if they were sent after-hours, and they were responded to with the utmost care as if I was family or a close friend. They helped me understand what legal implications there were with each topic and helped me achieve the outcome I had hoped for when I came to them! Kathryn was great. It was a very long messy divorce no thanks to my now ex-wife but Kathryn walked through every step of the way with me and was very upfront with what I should expect. She relieved a lot of stress from the process. She didn't fill my head with a lot of false hopes. Not only that, ...she was VERY good about responding to me in a timely manner. The lawyer I had before her would wait days to reply to the simplest questions but Kathryn would get back to me mostly the same day unless I asked a question after business hours and I would get a reply the next morning. I would HIGHLY recommend her again. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do she will be the first person I call. Keep up the good work over there folks.
