Anything you can do to make it less painful is appreciated! While I could tell right away Mari would fight for me like a dog on a bone and certainly had the knowledge and the wherewithal to do so, she also understood that my ex-husband and I had thus far never hired a lawyer for our disputes, not even for the initial divorce. Everything was done amicably on our own. However at this 7- year mark we have reached an impasse on certain subjects and I needed to get professional help. Mari came highly recommended from a trusted friend. She instantly made me feel like she was my biggest fan and my advocate. Within a few weeks we developed a plan, and executed it and in the long run my ex-husband had to give up alot... but I think he actually felt empowered that he was part of the decision because all of the decisions made sense!
