When I first met Mari, this was the phrase she used and it stuck with me ... "The path of least resistance". Not a phrase you might hear from a lawyer, especially when hiring a lawyer is all about bettering your odds to "win". But let's face it, divorce, and court in general, is unhealthy and unnatu...ral. Anything you can do to make it less painful is appreciated!
