This attorney is horrible!!!! He’s an arrogant and unwilling to listen to his clients concerns. He’s pushy and always late to show in court, never communicates with client nor loved ones of the client. He also derogatory in his communication. I’m filing a grievous against the way he handled my son ca...se because he used retaliation on a person that’s wheelchair bound that can’t defend himself in the prison system. He’s horrible person and a horrible attorney!!!!

Absolutely deplorable! Would not hire him or recommend as a criminal defense attorney. He does not take initiative, no concern for his clients intrest. More concerned with the prosecutions problems and feelings the his clients constitutional rights and innocence. Does not file the appropriate motions.... Extremely unprofessional.

I commend Avery Goodrich who skillfully reduced the prosecutors terms to the lowest common denominator possible in a Deferred Prosecution Agreement. I was facing serious felony charges based on false witnesses. Avery showed diplomacy with firmness in working with the district attorney's office... which motivated me to accept terms to minimize the risks of 2 stories against mine before a jury. Afterwards, Avery personally helped me work with the probation office to minimize personal hardship to comply to the court order. I found Avery to be a warm & caring but still professional & I would recommend him to my friends.
