Attorney Ernesto Romero is a one of a kind Attorney. He did an absolutely outstanding job helping me win my child custody battle with my Ex - Boyfriend( my daughter's father.) My sition was pretty intense. In the past my Ex has both mentally and physically abused me; often times in front of our ...daughter. He also, stalked me. Moreover; he is a chronic drug abuser. I attempted several times to have a restraining order placed against him, but for some reason or another it was never granted. Eventually my Ex was incarcerated. I used that time to relocate my place of residence. For over 2 years I kept really low key so he would not know where I lived. Until one day when he knocked at my door. I was completely scared because of our history of his abuse towards me. I attempted once again to get a restraining order; once again it was denied. My Ex then told my dad he was going to take me to court so he could get custody of our daughter. I was never served papers. As a precaution I called Attorney Ernesto Romero. One week before my hearing I actually found out there was an actual court date that I needed to attend. I was in complete panic because I have not officially hired Attorney Romero yet. I called him on such a short notice and he agreed to meet up with me and take my case. He ensured me I was in great hands. Finally last but not least, the last hearing for my custody battle was also a success! We won SOLE custody of my daughter with no visitation to her father. After the commissioner seen the restraining order, the drug test that came back positive for several drugs in his system. Moreover; he did not comply with anything GAL asked him to do. Along with, all the evidence Attorney Ernesto Romero had to show the commissioner that My ex is an unfit father. I will always be grateful for Ernesto he did exactly what he said he would do.
