We're a nonprofit that uses subcontractors to teach workshops and provide storytelling coaching, and over the years, we've developed a good deal of intellectual property such as workshop templates and handouts. Our subcontractors also have access to things such as survey results and participant conta...ct information, so we determined that we should have a subcontractor agreement in place.
