Andrea Friedenauer Hoeschen

Andrea F. Hoeschen has 20 years of experience as a litigator before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. Her litigation experience includes serving as lead counsel, supervising staff and other attorneys, in complex multi-party matters. Andrea has litigated in the areas of labor and employment, real estate, professional liability, and adversary proceedings in corporate bankruptcy. Her non-litigation experience includes drafting and negotiating employment and consulting contracts, employee handbooks, and severance agreements. Andrea is particularly adept at maneuvering in the complex and ever-changing landscape of non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
