Biography
I provide quality representation with superior attention to detail. As one of the few law firms specializing in student loans, I represent clients nationwide and abroad, tackling a variety of issues. I counsel and advise individuals and married couples on student loan repayment plans, consolidation, forgiveness, discharge in bankruptcy, and settlement. I also represents clients in student loan debt collection cases, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, and appealing administrative decisions made by the U.S. Department of Education. To be of service to the community in my home state of Wisconsin, I teach a student loan workshop, “Student Loan 411/911,” to educate and empower people to successfully manage their student loans.
