After receiving a direct mail solicitation, I called and spoke to Attorney Patrick Alan Hall. Like many other reviewers' experiences, he picked up the phone when I called. He explained the process of traffic court and advised me on my specific situation saying it could be handled by me without an att...orney. I called Patrick last week (Sunday, with 10 minutes before closing time) with questions in regards to a recent speeding violation. I had a ticket for speeding. I received 3 advertisement mails. I talked with 2 of them. First one was a representative, not a lawyer. It's very difficult to trust a person if it's just an advertisement. I was worried. Than I talked with Patrick. He answered the phone as he advertised and gav...e me right info. I actually called him in one day before the court date. Because I didn't think that lawyers will be helpful and I was planning to go to court. He was surprised but very polite. I didn't mind paying rather than loosing points. He said; I could not loose point but I may end up paying little more. But I end up not loosing point and not increasing fee.
