After receiving a direct mail solicitation, I called and spoke to Attorney Patrick Alan Hall. Like many other reviewers' experiences, he picked up the phone when I called. He explained the process of traffic court and advised me on my specific situation saying it could be handled by me without an att...orney. I attended court myself and the outcome was what he had predicted. Making that 5-minute phone call was invaluable in preparing for court and that appearance saved me quite a bit of money. I called Patrick last week (Sunday, with 10 minutes before closing time) with questions in regards to a recent speeding violation. I had a ticket for speeding. I received 3 advertisement mails. I talked with 2 of them. First one was a representative, not a lawyer. It's very difficult to trust a person if it's just an advertisement. I was worried. Than I talked with Patrick. He answered the phone as he advertised and gav...e me right info. I actually called him in one day before the court date. Because I didn't think that lawyers will be helpful and I was planning to go to court. He was surprised but very polite. I didn't mind paying rather than loosing points. He said; I could not loose point but I may end up paying little more. But I end up not loosing point and not increasing fee. I received a speeding violation in Wisconsin, Racine County to be more specific. I received a bunch of advertisements from lawyers but went ahead and called Patrick Hall based on the reviews I saw here. Man were they right!! I spoke directly with him, not some paralegal who would give me generic advi...ce. He was upfront and honest, and told me exactly what to expect during the proceedings and actually advised me NOT to hire him since in his experience it was not necessary to retain legal council for speeding in Racine.
