We did not end up hiring Atty. Luening, but we did go for a consult. He was very knowledgeable about the law -- we were trying to see if we could apply for my wife's papers. He told us that she would not be able to due to some past immigration record that she had. We originally were mad and we lef...t Atty. Luening's office because we just wanted to believe that he didn't know what he was talking about. WE WERE WRONG. Other attorneys told us that my wife would have no problem getting her papers, regardless of her past immigration transgressions. My wife's application was cancelled and now she is in removal proceedings === we should have listened to Atty. Luening. He obviously knows what he's talking about.

We retained Atty. Luening in a Criminal Defense/Deportation Defense case. My brother was really in danger of being deported and Attorney Luening fought tirelessly to beat his criminal case and kept my brother here with his wife and his children. I can't say enough excellent things about Attorney Lu...ening!!

I hired Atty. Luening to defend me in immigration court. I had an old criminal conviction that made me unable to get out on bond from immigration custody. Attorney Luening used his super knowledge of the criminal justice system to reopen and eventually get dismissed my old conviction. I could then... get out on bond from Immigration Court. I would not be here in the United States if Attorney Luening had not agreed to take my case. He was a little expensive, but he really worked a miracle!! Well worth it!

Atty. Luening did a great job getting me my U Visa. Other attorneys did not want to take my case because the assault that happened to me happened so many years ago, but Atty. Luening dug deep into police and court records and was able to gather the necessary evidence in order to file my U Visa appli...cation. It took a long time, but that was due to government delays and not Atty. Luening. He just phoned me last week to notify me that my application was approved!
