Matthew T. Luening

I hired Atty. Luening to defend me in immigration court. I had an old criminal conviction that made me unable to get out on bond from immigration custody. Attorney Luening used his super knowledge of the criminal justice system to reopen and eventually get dismissed my old conviction. I could then... get out on bond from Immigration Court. I would not be here in the United States if Attorney Luening had not agreed to take my case. He was a little expensive, but he really worked a miracle!! Well worth it!

Hired him for my immigration case. Almost granted, I would be able to say in the US. After paying him 2200 dollar he stoped answering my and my families calls, voicemassages, and texts. Missed various court dates and was late once. Was giving arguments to courts with laws that were out of date and ou...t of practice. Gave me hope but no results sat in an ICE detention facility for 10 moths and got deported. Stole my money freedom and time.

I went in to consult with matt regarding my immigration status,waited 45 min to talk to matt and gave him $1100 as an advance to the amount we agreed on,i called and tried to get a hold of him about 10 times with no luck,i left a couple voicemails and bunch of messages with the receptionist as well. ...My circumstances changed and his services weren't needed anymore so i asked for a refund but never got a return call or heard from anyone there. I have yet to file a complaint with the state bar association,. No work was done by matt regarding my case to be clear,all we did when i went in is talk about what i needed to bring to get started.
