iAfter working with Matt I have a new appreciation for have hard work, dedication to a case and an attorney who truly cares about making things right. The long hours he put into seeking justice for my friend was unprecedented. Great immigration attorney who doesn’t act snooty or better than anyone el...se. Truly a humble and reliable person who helped us accomplish (what seemed to be) an unattainable feat. He went above and beyond his duties as an attorney and acted more as a friend than our lawyer. He is highly recommended, achieves results and will fight for justice. I would hire him over any other attorney I’ve met!

We did not end up hiring Atty. Luening, but we did go for a consult. He was very knowledgeable about the law -- we were trying to see if we could apply for my wife's papers. He told us that she would not be able to due to some past immigration record that she had. We originally were mad and we lef...t Atty. Luening's office because we just wanted to believe that he didn't know what he was talking about. WE WERE WRONG. Other attorneys told us that my wife would have no problem getting her papers, regardless of her past immigration transgressions. My wife's application was cancelled and now she is in removal proceedings === we should have listened to Atty. Luening. He obviously knows what he's talking about.

Hired him for my immigration case. Almost granted, I would be able to say in the US. After paying him 2200 dollar he stoped answering my and my families calls, voicemassages, and texts. Missed various court dates and was late once. Was giving arguments to courts with laws that were out of date and ou...t of practice. Gave me hope but no results sat in an ICE detention facility for 10 moths and got deported. Stole my money freedom and time.

My husband and I contacted him for a criminal case. He almost guaranteed us that we could get what we wanted. He was very responsive but after we made him the first payment he ignored our emails, texts, and calls.
