No more worry, no more stress! Thank Sesini

John Sesini and his team, earlier this year, gave me and my family the best news and gift that we could ever have gotten! After 7 months of being senselessly detained and facing deportation/separation from family: husband, father, brother, friend, and an outstanding samaritan Manny was finally able t...o stay home...with us! Our first impression of John was one of honesty, laser focus, and he managed a way to make the whole family feel welcome. John never beat around the bush with us or sugar coat anything, he was very clear and precise in what he needed from us and for his team in order to help our case in the best way possible. Everytime we reached out, or sent an email, to John Sesini or his office we got an almost immediate response all the time. When John was able to he visited with Manny while being detained and this meant a lot to us, for him to physically show up to meet and get to know Manny; it meant to us that he wanted to know who he was helping and why. John and his team made it possible to have Manny released from federal detention, after 7 months, but the bigger fight was making sure he didn't get detained again or worse get deported. The detailed preparation of the submitted supporting documentation, which the judge twice stated how well the case was documented and it made it easy for her to get a feel about the case, eventually ensured/guaranteed Manny's freedom. He will be eligible next year to apply for his citizenship! The biggest THANK YOU in the world could never be enough to show how happy and appreciative we are of John Sesini and his team. We were absolutely broken up as a family and felt the system had failed us miserably but with patience, perseverance, and John Sesini's love for his profession we made it through. God bless you John! Much love from the Lopez, Garcia, and Ortiz family.

My wife and I are grateful to have hired John! Highly recommend!

My wife had a complicated and unique case, and tried to go through the process alone. Big mistake! That's when we contacted John and hired him. He was truly knowledgeable and helpful with every step and turn of our visa application. With his and Ben's guidance we were prepared for any form to be ...filled and each interview we attended. After about two years, as I said it was a complicated case, my wife is now once again a permanent resident! Thank you John and Ben!

John Sesini and Heydee Villafuerte did an excellent job with my Husband case getting a waiver & getting my stepson's in the USA

I take very serious other people's reviews and comments and I wanted to share my own experience with Sesini through a visa request for my step son and a getting my husband waiver accepted and process quick, since he entered to America w/out a Visa. John Sesini and his team worked hard to get my husba...nd's waiver through immigration (Perdon waiver) Sesini and his paralegal Heydee Villafuerte worked on both cases for a little over a year, providing me updates and information that I needed as the case progress, they guided me what I needed to do in my end in order to be step ahead with paperwork that immigration needed as the case progressed, Sesini is approachable and helpful, he understand the need of having a family united and the frustration that immigrants go through when we feel the law is unfair with us. Sesini is also very honest since the beginning he told me that was not a easy case to resolved but he was going to do his best to get my husband's papers and pardon accepted. The process is lengthy but it is not up to the lawyers it is up to immigration laws, I educated myself learning and asking questions to Heydee or John, they are really good getting back to their client in timely fashion via email, or phone call. I suggest to reach out to them via email first. After the waiver was issued and my husband went back to origin country to get his Visa, it only took 4 weeks to get him back to America. It was a blessing and that was because American embassy and immigration had all the paper work and information was needed and put together by Sesini and Heydee. After my husband and stepsons' visas were issued to be legal in American the rest it was matter of few months to get the green card by mail and all the wait and money spent on the lawyer fees was worth it! Sesini even came with us to immigration office when we were schedule for a visit and he had a translator for my husband who did not speak much English. Overall I had a great experience with them and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a lawyer for immigration.

JOHN SESINI EXCELLENT STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST ATTORNEY

I met John because he was recommended to me by another friend whose family had a complicated immigration situation. My husband and I have worked with John Sesini since 2008, we closed our immigration case now in 2014. That may seem like a long time but John was accurate and worth every penny. H...e was clear and helped us understand why we needed to be PATIENT in our case. What I most loved about working with John is that he is organized, accessible, approachable, current on his information and HONEST about all changes in laws and practices regarding immigration. John didn't always say what we wanted to hear but he told us EXACTLY what I needed to do and provided us with excellent guidance to keep us moving in a positive direction. This helped us to avoid making poor decisions because of our fears or need for urgency that would have kept my husband out. My son has his father, I have my husband, we are now all able to live in the United States together thanks to John, those in his office and their excellent work. I highly recommend John Sesini to be your immigration attorney.
