Mark D. Baus

Mark responded to my inquiry through Avvo. He and I had an initial phone conversation. Mark suggested a one-on-one meeting to review my situation and documentation in more detail. I emailed him a date and time to meet. He responded and said that date would not work. I emailed him an alternative.... A week passed and I received no response from Mark. I emailed him again, to which he responded that he had no interest in meeting - period. Mark was definitely lacking professional courtesy in this instance.

Mark handled my auto accident suit, and I was very pleased with the outcome. When I first met with Mark, he explained how the process would work, and he answered any and all my questions. I was surprised when I sent out an e-mail to him on a saturday evening and found a response in my in box the next... morning! The more I dealt with him, the more comfortable it became. My case was due to go to trial, but Mark was very instrumental in settling the case even after mediation failed. I would gladly refer Mark to anyone.
