Joseph M. Mirabella

Joe Mirabella is an experienced trial lawyer with a reputation for aggressiveness and pragmatism. Joe focuses on complex civil litigation and high-value injury and damage claims, including wrongful death, commercial trucking, premises liability, construction litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith and subrogation. He represents clients throughout Wisconsin in state and federal courts and has extensive jury trial and appellate experience.

Joe is proud to be a lifelong resident of the Milwaukee area. After majoring in criminal justice at UW-Milwaukee, Joe distinguished himself academically at Marquette University Law School, where he served on the Marquette Law Review Editorial Board and was also selected for prestigious clinical education opportunities at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Joe began his legal career with a large Milwaukee personal injury firm. He also spent time with another boutique civil litigation firm in Milwaukee before joining Simpson & Deardorff in 2018. He has been a shareholder since 2021.

I am a civil litigator with several years of experience working for both plaintiffs and defendants.  My practice is diverse, but my expertise is primarily concentrated in claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, administrative law, and professional malpractice.
