Ellen was assigned to my divorce case. From the start, I felt extremely comfortable talking with her. She was very patient with my questions and took time to explain things. She responded back in a timely manner either via text, phone, or email. She didn't charge by the hour but instead by the servic...e. This made things a lot less stressful.She had a way of always staying calm which in turn helped me stay calm. I took away one star only due to the fact that she didn't work weekends so our communication was often during the week only and also she had maternity leave for part of the time. However, she set me up with another lawyer and had great communication with us upon her leave.
