I believe that the most important tenet in addressing a client’s legal problem is ensuring that all of a client's needs have been satisfied. A corollary to this rule is that such representation must also be cost-effective. As such, I strive to address every legal issue in a case, while ensuring that a client sustains minimum legal costs.
My focus is on employment discrimination and employee benefits in both the private and public sector. I zealously represent clients by initially listening to my client’s problems, and then working with the client to determine the best solution. It is through this process that I believe that my clients will leave my office satisfied and confident that they retained an attorney who has only their best interests in mind.
In addition, I understand that time is of the essence, and that is why my principal concern is to keep my clients up-to-date and informed. Therefore, I believe in an open-door policy and strive to respond to my client’s concerns immediately.
