I hired Christina for my 2nd OWI. She’s smart and a straight shooter. I asked her to push for me and we got less time than expected. She told me to get recommendation letters and then based off those she gave an AMAZING speech about my character and who I am. I was almost in tears. After being senten...ced, the clerk screwed up my JOC, she wrote an order to correct the clerical errors and got everything fixed. She had to tell the courts how to do their job properly and they listened to her. She’s so smart and wonderful. She’s very sweet and genuinely cared about me and my case. Love her!

Between hiring this lawyer and Mark Pecora, they were completely disorganized. The only thing the two of them did for our case was attend to the court dates, and was late twice! Not once did they meet and talk about the case before court or in between court dates. When we called or texted about our c...ase for an update, we wouldn't recieve feedback til days later. There was always some lame excuse! At sentencing, the closing statement, Christina was stumbling over her own words. She was nervous and did not sound confident at all. It was as if she was reading a speech, all she did was stated the facts. She was not convincing and sounded like a total ameutuer. The sentence was ridiculous and since after court, do you think she even cared to respond to a text! Hell no, she was an awful lawyer and acted as if she was a rookie. FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER!

My son case was a misdemeanor carrrying a concealed weapon. He was looking at 4 to 6 month in jail. When l first saw attorney Christina Balistreri l got worried because she was young and me being a mom. I don't want my son to go to jail. But she is so awesome. She got my son case dismissed. So just... to sum it up. Just because she is young she knows what she is doing. Thank you again. From a mom who just have one son.
