Aggressive, Accessible and Effective!

I went through an extremely painful and highly volatile divorce with child custody issues, property issues and support issues. In the beginning I didn’t know what to do, my husband was being so nasty. I was so worried and unfamiliar with the process that I was scared that I would lose everything. ...I was talking to my company’s CEO about it and he referred Ann to me. I sat down with Ann for a free consultation and she was extremely helpful. She explained everything I needed to know so I decided to go with her. Not only was she always accessible via phone throughout the case but she met with me on my time when I could meet, including evenings and weekends. She was warm and caring with me yet very aggressive in court. She was highly respected by the judge, the court commissioner and other attorneys involved. I say “attorneys” plural not only because we had a GAL assigned for the kids but because my husband fired two lawyers during the case because he said they weren't effective. I personally think they were afraid to go up against Ann. The case turned out better than I could have thought because of her efforts and I am extremely grateful.

SHE IS OUTSTANDING!

I was overwhelmed and shaken by my divorce case with the prospect of losing my children. Ms. Rothstein went the extra mile to explain my options in detail and taught me how to use my strengths to present my case to the Guardian Ad Litem. I work long and usual hours and she was able to meet with me... at odd times like the weekend. She listened patiently as I was highly anxious and repeated myself with numerous details. It was quite evident once the process came to Court she had longstanding relationships with other attorneys and Court personnel and I felt more at ease in a very uncomfortable environment. I felt her approach was firm, accurate, thorough, and empathic and I would not have gotten the results without her persistence and tenacity. I especially enjoyed her sense of humor when times seemed impossible and hopeless. I give Ms Rothstein my highest recommendation and would feel comfortable using her again if future difficulties arise. Ms. Rothstein provides that extra caring that did not exist with other attorney's I interviewed. It really felt that she personally was concerned for my plight and I was not just another case to her.

Best lawyer ever!

Ann came highly recommended to me by a friend and hiring her was the best choice I could have made. She was extremely supportive and available whenever I needed her. She’ll tell you how it is and she doesn’t mess around. She constantly impressed me with her guidance on how to handle things. The s...ystem is biased toward women in custody cases but she maximized my time with my son and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. When it came to court, she was a pit-bull! It was amazing! Her rates are reasonable and she genuinely cares about her clients. All I can say is listen to her; she knows what she’s doing.

Loved Her

I have Ann when my daughter needed a guardian of lightem. And since then she has always taken care of my family. She is very busy but she gets the job done. I am gald to have her as a lawyer. She does not look like anyother lawyer. Ann is laid back but tells you the way it is. And her best interest i...s her clients.

Awful

She handled my divorce. She was often confused and unorganized Things got postponed due to her not following up on things even though she knew I was dealing with an uncooperative, combative spouse. I was a wreck of nerves the entire time. It was really was a nightmare. She looked highly unprofession...al, covered in pet hair and wrinkled clothing and was often surly and snappish. I had to pick her up on the way to court. My parents got me a money order to pay her and they misheard me and got one for way over the amount. I asked her to repay me as soon as everything cleared and it is a year later and I still havent seen the $400+. Do not trust this lawyer.
