Joseph S. Neterval

Mr. Neterval was my attorney back in 2013, he handled my divorce. While he is not the warm fuzzy type he is totally honest, fair, knows what he is doing and does a great job. Then in 2021 my ex took me back to court as he did not want to pay “maintenance” any longer, as he wanted to retire and had go...tten remarried, and no longer wanted to pay. I’m 76 yrs old ,have not remarried, and was cleaning houses at the time. Mr. Neterval took the case on again and once again got the facts, presented them, and it didn’t even have to go back to court!! He says it like it is and follows the law. My husband & I ( mostly my husband ) worked with Joe for 10 months regarding a custody issue.
