I am so glad I found Attorney Neterval he helped me and my daughter so much in my custody battle. I loved his honesty and the fact that he doesn’t set you up for failure. Mr. Neterval was my attorney back in 2013, he handled my divorce. While he is not the warm fuzzy type he is totally honest, fair, knows what he is doing and does a great job. Then in 2021 my ex took me back to court as he did not want to pay “maintenance” any longer, as he wanted to retire and had go...tten remarried, and no longer wanted to pay. I’m 76 yrs old ,have not remarried, and was cleaning houses at the time. Mr. Neterval took the case on again and once again got the facts, presented them, and it didn’t even have to go back to court!! He says it like it is and follows the law. This guy is horrible can’t get along with anyone very unprofessional. He does not know how to talk to people you would think he needs meds because of his behavior. I wish I would have represented myself this man is horrible. I would have had a better outcome and this price I paid him was unbelievable... just before court he told me I needed to give him more money after I already paid him $700. I was so upset. Either I should have represented myself or pay another $400 and I would have had a way better attorney. This man is nuts!
