Molly Lavin is a Shareholder with the Firm and a second-generation lawyer, following in the footsteps of her father. Molly focuses her practice in the area of general personal injury law. This means that Molly has handled cases with a varied set of facts. Many of her cases involve injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. She has also handled cases involving nursing home injuries; slip and falls; sexual assaults; dog bites; pharmacy errors; and injuries caused by home or building owners and/or contractors.

Molly is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been honored by the Wisconsin Law Journal as one of its Women in the Law for 2013. She has also been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyer list since 2012 and named a Top 25 Women Super Lawyer since 2013.

Molly is actively involved in the alumni group for her college sorority Chi Omega. She is also a Chair of the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, a national organization for the prevention of birth defects and prematurity.

Molly graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School and received her B.S. from the University of Dayton.

Outstanding Attorney
Attorney Lavin was hired after we were unable to get the insurance company to process and pay the injury claims, which included broken bones. After many letters and phone calls, we ultimately received a "take it or leave it" offer from the insurance company. We then contacted Molly Lavin. We are so grateful that Attorney Lavin was able to fight for us, and ultimately recover many times over their take it or leave it offer. We are not originally from this state, and frankly we were shocked at how the insurance company conducted itself on a case that involved injuries caused by someone else, especially where children were involved. Attorney Lavin handled the process, and was outstanding in taking the extra time to help explain to us and the children what was happening during the trial preparation and ultimate negotiation process. We are so very thankful to Attorney Lavin and her team for fighting for us.

Molly Lavin
Molly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me up to date on all proceedings and helped me understand the entire process. She was thorough in her questiong of me to validate my claim prior to spending time pursuing my case. She handled the defense appropriately and was clear in her direction to me.

Review of Molly Lavin for an auto accident / personal injury claim.
Molly Lavin did an excellent job, I can't say enough good things. Her expertise in the field, coupled with her research and tenacity were very impressive. Additionally, her tenor during mediation set was strong and confident. Because of all the work she put into the case, and her ability to see the big picture, yet be cognizant of details, particularly during her deposition of the opposing 'expert witness', our case was resolved just before trial. And, important to note, the case was settled for almost exactly what we were seeking. If I am in need of an attorney again, Molly will be the first person I talk to!
