Greedy but Pleasant
He's a nice guy, but I was not impressed with his performance in my case. One charge was dismissed, but I was found guilty of my OWI. I wouldn't recommend him for this type of case. He didn't take most of what I said into account and suggested we could try the case in open court and "get it in appeal...

Most AWESOME!!!
Ted Kmiec is the best attorney i have ever hired for any reason at all. He thoroughly covers every angle when representing me as i am sure he does with ALL his clients. He is honest and up front and explains things very clearly!!!

Horrible
A lot of people had recommended him to me, but he was unsuccessful in my case and seemed like he didn't try, he did not even speak when we did go in front of judge. He also promised me I would get 15 months or time served but received 2years. When I was like wtf after he said he would help me out if ...
