Some of my clients wish to avoid the stress of a long, drawn-out court battle. I can help with that. I have been trained in several forms of mediation, settlement negotiation, and other types of alternative dispute resolution. We can settle peacefully if that is your wish.
However, if the nice route does not work, I will fight for you. I am comfortable presenting your case to the Judge or Commissioner, and I will argue diligently to get you the best outcome possible.

Compassionate and caring
Lara was very helpful when a sibling was falsely accused of a crime. She was kind and understanding about how hard it is to deal with a dysfunctional family member; both legally and personally. We are very pleased with how she handled my sibling's case and with the end results.
