This lady may work hard for you if you are female but forget it if you are male. Most attorneys are crooks, this one is a crook with her time. She will not have time for you. If she will not return your calls, send her a certified letter to her and a certified copy to yourself, complaining about the ...lack of contact, ect. This is the process to get an attorney disbarred. It works great she will snap to it and your case will be done in no time. If fact this works great with any attorney. Like a conceded Judge she thinks she knows everything and jumps to conclusions not based on facts but just on her opinion. People like her think they are so smart that they can tell if someone is lying. The truth is they can't tell if someone is lying any better than anybody else. I pray to god she is never a judge.

Ms. Glasbrenner takes frequent multi-week trips and leaves no other lawyer in charge of her cases. So you as a client are left hanging for weeks at a time. She instructs her office staff NOT to take any messages, only phone numbers and names. She MAY call you back in 48 hours if you are lucky. She wi...ll not use email to communicate with you at all, ever! She will claim to always have your back but then will go ahead and make deals with opposing counsel without consulting you. She will continually push for more hearings jacking up your bill higher and higher. Also, make sure you READ YOUR OWN COURT DOCUMENTS because she does not. I was left high and dry because she did not take the time to actually read all of the MSA that my ex-wife's lawyer prepared yet she signed off on. In the courtroom she will shrivel up unless you push her. And then be prepared to be yelled at after court. She treats you as if you work for her. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere! At $275/hour and a minimum of $27.50 for any contact, you can do far better for yourself.

Janelle Glasbrenner is one heck of an attorney! I should have used her for my divorce in Walworth County. Where I was "out gunned" because my long time attorney and friend had passed away a few months before. It most certainly wouldn't have happened if Janelle had been my attorney. I used her in 2...013 when I had to go back to court and she is tough, smart, and I wasn't out gunned again. I have used her again and I like her openness.....I feel like Janelle definitely looks out for my welfare and my best interests...........I now consider her my friend.
