Todd had my best interests at heart right from the get-go. I know at the onset of my divorce I was thinking that he was dragging his feet and I was getting upset that things were not moving very fast, BUT.... that being said I am a person of action. I am a bit impatient and needed to be reminded that... in the end he would come through for me. My ex-husband (now) was such a jerk from the onset of being served his divorce papers and in the beginning I really thought that I wanted to stay in our house, and I wanted "stuff" but again Todd helped me realize it was only a house and "stuff". I cannot remember a time when I have been happier. Thank you Todd and staff. He has since assisted me in my will and final estate paperwork and also is now working on my personal injury case as well. He is your GUY!!! He is a God fearing, respectful, diligent and top notch attorney.

Todd was more than amazing. He represented me in an almost 3 year long divorce. He worked tirelessly, including meeting with me on a Sunday because it was the only time available. Todd was always “more than prepared”! I often felt that I was his only case and I know that was not true. I have waited over 6 months to write this review. I ended up terminating Attorney Basler, for overall poor performance. I never felt he had my children's or my best interest at heart. I ended up paying him a $5,000.00 retainer plus an additional $3,000.00. I never felt comfortable with him and I ...definitely did not get my moneys worth.

I was in basically a year long custody case with my son’s father. He took me back to court for placement of our son but he was never really around in the first place. I’m only 24 years old and I was very scared about the whole process. Todd helped me so much along the way. He made sure to inform me o...f everything going on, he explained everything very well to make sure I understood what was exactly happening, he told me what I should do and what I shouldn’t do to help my case, etc. He was very straight forward and blunt and told me what I needed to hear instead of just what I wanted. He made sure I knew the reality of the situation. I, of course, wanted everything, all placement but Todd helped me realize that no matter what, my son’s father would be getting something at the end of it and I will have to accept that I won’t have my son 24/7. It sucked to go through that but Todd definitely helped me get through it. He responded back to me as soon as he was available and always made time. I had an accident in the middle of my case and Todd even checked up and asked if I was doing okay. Todd represented my father and helped him very much as well in a case of his own so he has helped my family greatly. I don’t think I would’ve accomplished as much as I did without Todd.

Todd and his staff were the help that my daughter and myself needed to allow me to be a meaningful part of her life. This was a challenging situation that unfortunately had no other option left but litigation. It was ultimately necessary to have psychological evaluations conducted in order to bring... the truth to light, and Todd understood and helped facilitate this. Furthermore, he was instrumental in delivering the reality of this conflicted situation to the court so it could be addressed accordingly. This all contributed to a final judgement that was just and fair, and most importantly gave my daughter the opportunity for me to be a meaningful part of her life. His paralegals, Christy and Christen, provided accurate and punctual case information to me and answered my questions within one business day. I certainly appreciated having this information to stay on top of the situation. Todd is a father of 4 children, which I believe helps guide his efforts truly towards the "best interests" of children. His heart was invested in my case, and that went a long way for me. If you're looking for a shyster lawyer with the intent of circumventing the shortcomings of your parenting and/or poor behavior, look elsewhere. If you're looking for an attorney that will go the distance to fight for your fundamental rights to be a great parent for your child, call this man.
