My husband was charged for 2 counts of felony possession of firearms. In which he could face up to 20 year...s in prison. As a mother of 3 small children I was under so much stressed. Brett helped me figure things out and was so understanding. Brett was able to get the charges dismissed and got my husband released from jail within hours of the preliminary hearing. I am so grateful for Brett to be able to get my husband release and home with me and my 3 young childrens. I would highly recommend him. I just cant say enough about Brett and his firm. As a 69 year old medical marijuana user i was devastated when I was charged with three felonies for secretly having 6 female plants and a bunch of seedlings.
