I had an arrangement with Tim that I was going to pay in $300 a month for a total balance of $5,000 owing I was making my payments on time as I promised he filed a writ with the court appellate court they kicked it back out because of the juvenile I was in and so he had to redact it and told him to h...e was supposed to go through the lower court first he did absolutely nothing they gave him a 2 week extension he did absolutely nothing My lawyer or the judge fired him locked him out of e-file didn't notify him of any court hearings that I had and warrant was issued for my arrest. He did absolutely nothing to address him being locked out of e-file he should have filed a complaint with the judicial commission he told me he was going to file a writ of prohibition which he never did and now he's telling me that if I wanted to file some I need to start my payments back up I said dude my case got closed first proved to me you can get it open back up and then I'll start my payments back up. he said he was going to represent the pro bono at some point and I said no I don't expect you to do that you you have to live too and I want to pay you for your service so I continued paying them even though he said he'd do a pro bono and then he goes to me and I hadn't heard nothing from him

On August 4, 2022 Federal District Judge William Conley entered Judgement against attorney Provis requiring Provis to pay $31,963.21 plus judgment interest to persons Provis had sued in a frivolous lawsuit. Frivolous means there were no fact supporting the story Provis made up in the suit. Judge Conl...ey also found that Provis filed the suit for an improper purpose, namely, to allow his client to carry on a years’ long vendetta of harassment and threats. Provis know his lawsuit was fraudulent but carried it on for eleven months. This suit, Upchurch v O’Brien et al 19-cv-165, Western District of Wisconsin, and others Provis is handling, e. g. Dane County case Burke v St. Paul’s et al 21-cv-1287, demonstrate that Provis is untrustworthy and repeatedly fails to follow rules of Court. In the Burke case, Provis was recently ordered to pay attorney’s fees and cost because he failed to perform discovery in accord with rules of court.
