Kirk R. Emick

Kirk Emick was very thorough on what to expect and did what he could to earn a fair sentencing. He managed to reduce one of my citations from a failure to keep vehicle under control to a failure to signal. The citation was a 4 point ticket and was dropped down to 0 points. My sentencing for my OWI... 2 was negotiated in court and instead of the DA’s proposal of 90 days in jail was dropped down to 39 days instead because of Kirk Emick’s counterargument that the judge did take into consideration. I ended up only serving 24 days in Huber and 21 days on Day Report. I wanted only 30 days max in Huber and I was happy to find out as I was in the facility that I was sentenced to less time than that. He was also very responsive to the emails I sent him and followed up in a timely manner. I appreciate his support on my case and would hire him again if needed in the future.
