Steven stepped in and helped clean up a mess that a different bankruptcy lawyer had made. He had found holes in the paperwork and errors that should not have been there; things that could have seriously affected my case. While communication could have been slightly improved, I felt I could get answ...ers from him when needed. It was clear to me that he takes his job seriously, yet still enjoys it. The best part, he did the work pro bono as I was unable to afford to pay for another attorney. He also helped get the previous lawyer fee refunded as well. Mr. Steven Klesner is a superb attorney who is not only expertly-qualified, but is also highly financially-considerate of his clients. Unlike other attorneys, who charge you every time they cough, Mr. Klesner was very efficient in the office and would not contact me unless he had specific answers t...o my legal questions. Too often, other attorneys are more than happy to call and email you, or repeatedly invite you to confer in their office, even if they don't have any answers to your questions or already fully-understand your legal situation per your explanations, just so that they can rack up extra billable hours (legal charges). Mr. Klesner and his legal assistant, Dawn, were most professional in this regard. Though on rare occasions I had to wait 1 or 2 days until they had the chance to confer with other attorneys, research the law, etc., since they too have to wait for answers from their sources and have other legal clients to serve, Mr. Klesner or his legal assistant, Dawn, always got back to me within reasonable time with very clear explanations of my legal options. They also emailed me copies of important legal documents and appear to have good working relationships with other attorneys. Thanks to Mr. Klesner, our case was resolved successfully and all the monies recovered minus legal costs were returned to my senior citizen parents (the monies recovered were in partial fulfillment of a previously-agreed-upon dual-party legal settlement to immediately return previously-gifted monies to my parents upon the sale of specific properties). Steven G. Klesner has my greatest respect, both as an attorney and as a human being. He is an extremely ethical and expert attorney whom I trust and value. You will be in no better legal hands.
