Adam Justin Pollack

Adam Pollack was my attorney of choice after I was arrested for a drug offence last year in Linn County IA. Despite being arrested 6 weeks earlier in Dallas County IA on a separate drug offence, he was able to negotiate me what was to be my 3rd deferred judgment which lead to me actually getting my c...ase dismissed. He pushed me when I wanted to give up and he ensured I ended with the best possible outcome. Gave this lawyer multiple reasons why this case should've went to trial, he threw down every single one of them. I forwarded the police reports and what Adam sent me to other lawyers for a second review, they said it should've went to trial. And would've charged me $1500 initially and $3000, for tria...l, which were more highly rated lawyers. Adam charged me $3500 and wanted $10,000 for trial. For a 2nd offense OWI. More than what the fine is. I wasn't even in my vehicle when I got this owi. The times were off, my rights weren't read, etc. this is by far the worse lawyer I've ever worked with. Not only that he just does not care about his clients. He was rude and disrespectful.

46 and born and raised in Johnson County. Found plenty of trouble over the years, especially downtown IC. With 6 months to go on 2 yr dl revocation , I get a mile down the road and pulled over by a deputy I don't know because he thought he recognized me. Boom! Now I'm looking at up to a year in jail,... $1500 fine and worse yet 2 more years revocation from the DOT. Tired of my CR lawyer plea bargains, I pick a IC attorney out the phone book, Adam Pollack. First talking to him I really didn't like him, so many damn questions, he even asked what was wrong with me, I felt like I was talking to the prosecutor. ( A huge pain in the butt!) The guy would have made more money working at Hardee's after the hours he spent pulling my head out of my butt. He never let me give up hope even what I believed hopeless. I ended up pleading guilty to a traffic ticket with a $100 fine. I get my license back on Valentine's day.

My son ran into some problems while at University of Iowa. It was frustrating not being able to help him since we live in Chicago. I called Adam and he got involved right away.
