Adam Justin Pollack

While traveling from TN to IA I was stoppped for speeding and was arrested for possession of marijuana & paraphernalia. Mr Pollack put my terrified self at ease with his expert knowledge of the system and I trusted him immediately. He was very prompt with information and with his handling of my cas...e. 46 and born and raised in Johnson County. Found plenty of trouble over the years, especially downtown IC. With 6 months to go on 2 yr dl revocation , I get a mile down the road and pulled over by a deputy I don't know because he thought he recognized me. Boom! Mr. Pollack exceeded my expectations while defending me in my case. First off, he let me make all the final decisions on how to proceed in my case, while providing his advice and best judgement. He listened to me, tried to understand the case from my point of view, and worked to achieve the out...come that I wanted, not the one that he saw best fit. What also surprised me was that he kept fighting to achieve the desired outcome. In my experiences in the past, lawyers have accepted the first offer given out by the judge and assume it's the best they can achieve. This is not the case with Mr. Pollack, where he kept fighting and until we achieved MY desired outcome. This ended up not being the outcome that he desired, but due to my situation, it was the outcome that I desired. At the end of the day, I felt like he was fighting for me and trying to get the best outcome for me in my situation, not taking the first offer to close the case. Due to his fighting spirit, I was able to receive the longshot outcome that I wanted. On top of his excellence in the courtroom, Mr. Pollack went above and beyond in two seperate instances. The first instance is when he made phone calls for me in another trivial case that I had pending where he wasn't representing me. This surpised me, because he went out of his way to help me in another case that I was not paying him for. On top of all that, when we received the desired outcome, most lawyers would be finished with my case, not Mr. Pollack. He then went ahead and made all the necessary phone calls to the DOT to make sure I could get my license back. These two instances really drove home the point that he did care about me and my case, and that I wasn't just another case to him that he wanted to complete so he could move on to the next one. In the end, Mr. Pollack treated my case like it was his friend's or family member's. He not only did a masterful job in the courtroom by achieving MY desired outcome (which I thought was a longshot), but he then went above and beyond in the customer service area in two instances. I am extremely satisfied with the service Mr. Pollack has provided me and would recommend him to anyone willing to listen.

He listened to my circumstances, and offered me a reasonable flat rate cost to handle my case. Adam eventually worked out a deal with the prosecutors to defer the judgement on my case and this allowed me to show the courts i was capable of being a contributing member of society. My charges have since been expunged and I have had the opportunity to pursue a career i am happy with, without having to worry about a mistake i made years ago catching up with me. Adam has since been willing to give me advice on issues such as traffic tickets and other minor offenses without seeming too busy or making me feel like my concerns were not important. I would definitely recommend Adam as a defense attorney for any offense.
