After a severe injury on the job I started running the maze of WC adjusters and Doctors. I had the gullibility to believe that the WC adjuster was fair and straightforward. I was wrong. In the end, Jake negotiated to have the Drs paid off in full, a fair settlement (according to the guidelines) with interest and to keep the claim open for future medical care to be paid for by the insurance company. I hold Jake Peters in the highest regard. He is very straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. If I am ever injured again he will be my first call.
