Nina is originally from Waterloo, IA and attended the University of Northern Iowa where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Nina later graduated from Drake University Law School earning her J.D. Nina began her practice in Waterloo as a partner with Nydle & Forcier Law Office, and she opened her own solo general practice January 1, 2014. Nina's practice focuses primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law, civil litigation and mediation. Nina is a certified family law mediator and is on the mediation roster for the first judicial district in Iowa. Nina is an active volunteer in the community. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness related activities or being outdoors.

Very dishonest
I was appointed Nina as a public defender and ultimately was charged for her service. I caught Nina being dishonest in several instances from a deposition to the trial. She was very unprepared and collaberated with the prosecution in getting me convicted of a crime I did not commit. Take heed there a...
