Went above and beyond!

My lawyer Benjamin Lynch, went above and beyond with working with my case. He always checked with me on every decision and always gave his professional advice. He was always in contact with me and always returned my calls or emails. He fought for me the whole way and I'm so thankful for his hard wor...k and for not just settling. I was very lucky to have him and his team working for me.

Personable and High Quality Experience

Ben was straight forward with me about my case from the start. He was personable which made it easy to trust him. I believe that he sincerely cared about my well-being. He was extremely imperative in getting the policy limit from the at-fault driver's insurance, $250,000. Ben made this process as e...asy as possible along with making the experience a low stress level for myself with the assistance of an amazing legal assistant, Erin. I would highly recommend Hupy and Abraham, and specifically Ben.

Case well done

My attorney did a great job reviewing my case and definitely got me a settlement I was comfortable with. Workmens Comp definitely did not want to negotiate but he assured me that we would get their. Sure enough he pulled threw on his end. I have 5 bulging disc from the accident that happened while o...n the job, an I feel like I got what I deserved for what I was put threw.
