I am a 2002 graduate of Drake Law School. Before going into private practice, I worked as an Assistant Attorney General and an Assistant Polk County Attorney. In addition, to my work as a prosecutor, I served 6 years as legal counsel to the Iowa House majority leader. I also served on the Des Moines City Council representing the Southeast side of Des Moines for 6 years.
