About Nathan

Learn Nathan’s areas of practice.

FROM MISDEMEANORS TO MURDER CHARGES, WE TAKE YOUR CASE SERIOUSLY.

Nathan Olson's primary practice consists of criminal, appellate, and post-conviction cases. He  believes in the presumption of innocence and works hard toward obtaining just results for his clients. When he takes on a case, he does so analytically, breaking down all the pieces to spot where the allegations are weak and identify where the defense is strong. Attorney Olson has a passion for standing up for good people who may have been victims of false allegations or found themselves at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Attorney Nathan A. Olson received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law school.

Thank You Again!
Amazing Lawyer, Highly recommend. Nate Olson was the one to represent me more on Christines behalf and I only had one appearance with Christine but i also rank her at 5 stars as well. I am highly satisfied with the consult of both attorneys and they both helped me win my case and I couldnt be forever more grateful and tremdously thankful i am for their hard work and great professionalism in helping me succeed in landing a great deal on my charge. Thank you again to the both of you :)

Review
Very caring, and everything went perfect with my case. He was appointed to me, but I'm glad I got someone who did not only care about the money but also the case.

Property Purchase
Nate represented me in negotiating a property purchase. I was unable to do the negotiating myself, but gave Nate the background on the property and my target price. After Nate asked a few probing questions, I authorized him to start a much lower amount than my target. In the end, he saved me $2,000 on the purchase price, well worth the fee he charged.

Appeals Attorney | Jan 28
Relationship: Worked together on matter
"I have collaborated with Nate on a number of cases, most recently on appeal work. His arguments are excellent and always take into consideration not only the law, but he understands what each client is going through and writes that into the brief. He is especially adamant when people have been treated unfairly. For other attorneys, he always contributes more than his half. For clients, he gives more in work quality and effort than he takes in fees. I have seen him take down arguments from top lawyers all around the country. This guy is an A+ Iowa lawyer who loves his work and wants justice to be accessible - I would hire him personally to represent me and that's the biggest compliment I can give."
