I hired James Sheets in 2018 to represent me in a landlord tenant matter,James met with me and we signed a agreement and I paid him a flat fee of 1000.00 at the time James was working at McEnroe lawfirm, James told me he was a landlord tenant attorney,when we went to court the plaintiffs and defenden...ts were sworn in under oath, when the defendents were being question they were not being honest so I bought it to James attention that I had 100s of tex messages to prove they were not being honest, James told me shh, I can't hear you and them at the same time, I kept telling him I had tex messages to prove they were not being honest at this time James turned his back to me and never presented my evidence which cause the defendents to be credible and I lost my case and had to pay 9000.00 judgement ,James then told me he was not sure how to do the appeal and I need to find another landlord tenant attorney so I hired Valerie Cramer to represent me which cost more money, Valerie wasn't able to present the evidence at the appeal because the judge said it should have been presented at the first hearing,so I was stuck paying 9000.00 I did not owe, I would not recommend this attorney and thats just from my personal experience with James Sheets
