He got alot of money and grilled my X husband for refusing to pay court ordered alimony, even after he spent 5 days in jail for contemp of court!! My X ABUSED my children terribly after I left penniless and ended up in the DV shelter. He Bertogli also knew he HID from the sheriff's anytime they were ...trying to serve him! The last time he YELLED at me saying posting something on his door was serving him. NOPE it has to be HANDED to him. Thanks, he DIED my X owing me $265,000 in back spousal support! Meanwhile STOLE $$ from my children because he had LUDOMANIA, a mental illness, not just a gambling addict! My children should NEVER have had to live with this worthless narcissist! YEP divorce attorneys get rich and CHILDREN always suffer! He also did nothing about the Clive PD Sgt that sexually assaulted me in my home instead of arresting my husband for attempting to choke me to death! Don't live in Iowa if you want JUSTICE it doesn't exit in this backwards state.
