When they go low, we go high

Earl was highly recommended to me when I was in the beginning stages of my divorce. I met with other lawyers, but was having a hard time trusting that they were on my side, and had my best interest in mind. When we consulted, Earl was careful to listen to my concerns, and for the first time, I felt l...ike I had someone advocating for me. He helped me reclaim my power as an individual and patiently guided me through the painful and messy terrain that is divorce. In the end and finalization of my divorce, I felt like I not only gained a friend, but am able to better advocate for myself for the rest of the journey that will follow. I recommend Earl to everyone. He will help you fight for what is right with dignity and strength, and go above and beyond to see you through the process.

TPR step parent adoption

Mr. Kavanaugh is an outstanding attorney. He went above and beyond my expectations. He responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner and thoroughly familiarized himself with our case. Mr. Kavanaugh was able to assist my husband and I with a TPR and step parent adoption. He made the process... easy and took care of all the paperwork necessary. He was very genuine and it was easy to see that he has a passion for helping others with child custody issues. I highly recommend you contact Mr. Kavanaugh if you are seeking assistance with custody concerns.

Father's in need of lawyer!!

I went to Earl to get custody of my son established after his mom and I split up. Earl gave me priceless advice when my ex made it into something bigger than I ever could have imagined. He always knew what to say in every situation. What turned into something bigger Earl kept me calm and... helped me through in ever single way he could. He always returned my calls very fast, if he didn't answer right away. Earl is so knowledgeable about the way family law works. He gave me the facts when I needed them most. Earl Kavanaugh got me the results I wanted and way more. I my opinion he's the best family law attorney in town. I will always call on Earl for any reason in the future I should ever need an excellent attorney. I see Earl Kavanaugh as a friend not just an attorney! I will recommend Earl to anyone I come across who needs a good lawyer.

Earl is a great lawyer

I had hired an lawyer at the beginning of my case I was told by my previous lawyer that my case would be simple. However due to my prior attorney not communicating back to me. The divorce and custody issues became complicated and I had to get a new attorney. My brother had previously hired Earl and ...his custody issues with his children's mother resulted in a great end result. I consulted with Earl about the issues I was having and of wanting full custody of my children. Earl was very understanding of my situation and gave me the tools that were necessary to handle my ex while trying to co parent with her while the custody and divorce was happening. Whenever I had an issue that I couldn't resolve he was always responsive responding within minutes of when I attempted to contact him or answering right when I was calling. I have received full custody of my children. Earl in addition to getting me full custody had the foresight and knowledge to know that there would be issues trying to co parent with my ex wife that would come up after the divorce was finalized and recommended getting a parenting coordinator. he explained that getting one would be cheaper than to continue to call him when things go wrong with parenting issues and having him file motions resulting in more out of pocket expense for me. I think most attorneys are mostly concerned about resolving the short term give them the retainer file the papers necessary and be done as quick as possible and if you have issues later on then I will need another retainer fee to do what should have been thought of and done prior. That is not who Earl is as an attorney he wants to do what is right to resolve any and all issues short term and long term.
