Excellent experience with Earl

Earl was a great lawyer to work with for my divorce. He does what he does mainly for the benefit of the children in the situation which means he was a no nonsense lawyer. He wasn’t filling silly requests to waste time and money. He was very direct and got done what needed to be done. He was very time...ly with email responses and phone calls. I always heard back from him within 24 hrs and he usually could squeeze me in the same day if I needed to have a call with him to discuss something. I was able to settle my divorce through mediation and got everything I wanted in the divorce (custody, house, etc). I would highly recommend using Earl!

Good Communication

I contacted Earl for a stipulation modification. Before I even met with him for an initial consultation he had looked my case up and had familiarized himself with my situation . During the consultation he was upfront and provided honest information. It turned out to be more beneficial for me to wait ...a while before we made decisions to move forward. I appreciated this because I knew at that point his motivation was to actually assist and not simply take my money. Several months later I contacted him again and we were able to get everything completed quickly and without mediation or court.

Best Family Law Attorney!

My case is a very complex one. I have gone through 4 (yes, F-O-U-R) courts in 4 years to win my custody. The first 3 were in my origin country and I won all of them all the way to the Supreme Court. Then my ex filed a case in Iowa and this was when I hired Earl. He's adamant since the beginning t...hat I should have the primary care and after that it's just a matter of going through the process. My ex was represented by free lawyers from Legal Aid, even though I never hit her or our son and I am not an alcoholic, drug addict, or a gambler. After we signed our 1st stipulation for the assets, no alimony for her of course, she had a change of heart, thinking that I manipulated some of the supporting documents. She then fired her Legal Aid lawyers, and hired a new one, then she tried to nullify our stipulation agreement, trying to put back the case to level zero again, just like she did once, when she filed a case in Iowa after losing in 3 courts prior. Earl fought and resisted this motion and we won. For the custody, Earl recommended me to hire a neutral evaluator and it has been a really fruitful decision. The evaluator recommended that dad should have the custody. Then she gave up and agreed to sign our custody agreement right before a trial. Long story short, my journey of divorce was indeed a unique case since it involved some international law intricacies and I was at a disadvantage due to her free access to lawyers. Earl has accompanied me through all steps in the proceeding. He also reassured and convinced me to hire the evaluator when I was skeptical if it's going to be a good decision. He was right, it was the best 4 grand I ever spent. Earl is also very cost-minded. He would not just do something if it would not benefit my case. In every path, I was in control 100% to make my decision, Earl always gave me all the consideration I needed to think whether I chose the first path or the other. If you are looking for a great divorce lawyer, please stop looking, Earl is your guy. I definitely have spent more than average people (due to the complex case I have), but every single dollar was well spent.

Attentive to every detail

I have had Earl for my lawyer in my divorce and it went very smooth. He was able to complete the decree as discussed and was able to keep the fees down do to getting all the required information needed prior to filing. I have also used Earl in a custody case that was able to be settled out of cou...rt. He has always been someone I can go to in times of need and is able to give very clear direction as to the process and options for outcomes! If you have time, consider Earl as your lawyer and you will be satisfied.

Single Dad

Was exceptionally helpful and always available throughout my case. I was able to get more time with my child and pay less support.
